  4. In a shaker, add freshly squeezed lemon juice with lavender syrup.
  5. Fill the shaker with an ice cube & shake it for about 15-20 seconds.
  6. Strain the mixture into a glass with crushed ice.
  7. Top of the glass with club soda.
  8. Gently stir the mocktail to combine.
  9. Garnish it with fresh lavender petals & lemon zest.
